This week i have started the write up for my section which is to document the Project scope,aims and objectives which we have discussed within our teams.
My task also is to document the workbreak down structures diagrams.
Summary: At this stage everybody is taking up individual task and emailing each other what we have done.

Work breakdown Structure by Activity and by Product
Had lectures on decomposition diagrams as well as gantt and network diagrams. At this point we were not required to do a network diagram but a gantt chart to show the planning aspect of the project. I volunteered to document the decomposition diagrams as well as the use case diagram which we have done so far.
Summary: I'm really enjoying this project! Generally i'm really motivated about tackling the project! We've been coming up with some good ideas and meeting up frequently!!

IPM Project for special needs
We came up with a good idea about our project! As we got 4 people in our teams, this has been a good opportunity for us to really get ideas together. I made a draft of the use case diagram and sent it to the other members of the group for them to add more comments where required.I also added a few more issues to finish off the rich picture as i got more ideas as i went along!We are now going to create a class diagram as soon as we finish the use case diagram.
